Located at 313 Main St, Frisco, CO 80443, United States, this cozy and inviting restaurant offers a perfect blend of local charm and delicious food that keeps both locals and visitors coming back for more. Whether you're in town for the weekend or just exploring the scenic beauty of Colorado, a stop at Ein Prosit is a must.

One of the first things you'll notice is the welcoming atmosphere. It's the kind of spot where you can relax and enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. The interior has a rustic, yet modern feel, with wooden beams, soft lighting, and a laid-back vibe. It's a great place to unwind after a day of hiking or skiing, making it the perfect spot for both families and solo diners.

The menu at Ein Prosit is diverse, offering a mix of hearty, flavorful dishes with a touch of Bavarian influence. Known for its traditional German beers and a variety of unique craft brews, it’s not surprising that their beer selection steals the show. A cold pint of beer pairs perfectly with one of their signature dishes, like the juicy bratwurst or the tender schnitzel, both cooked to perfection. If you're in the mood for something lighter, the pretzel and mustard combo is a fantastic starter that will whet your appetite without being too heavy.

What really sets Ein Prosit apart, though, is the attention to detail in every dish. The flavors are bold, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients, so it’s easy to tell they take pride in their food. For instance, the German potato salad is served warm, with a delicious vinegar-based dressing that brings out the perfect balance of tangy and savory. And the spätzle, a type of German egg noodle, is buttery and satisfying, adding a comforting touch to any meal.

Customer reviews consistently praise the staff at Ein Prosit for being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Many visitors mention how the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Whether you’re asking for recommendations or looking for something to pair with your meal, you’ll always get a warm and helpful response. If you're planning a visit, you’ll want to make sure you try the specials. From time to time, they offer dishes that reflect the seasons, so you can enjoy fresh, local ingredients in the most creative ways. There’s always something new to try, and the variety ensures that every visit offers a fresh experience. One popular dish, especially in the colder months, is the hearty goulash, a rich and flavorful stew that’s perfect for warming up after a day in the mountains.

For those with dietary preferences, Ein Prosit has options to suit a range of tastes. From vegetarian dishes to gluten-free options, they strive to accommodate everyone without sacrificing flavor. It’s always great when a restaurant takes the time to offer variety, making it an even better choice for group dining where everyone has different needs.

  • Ein Prosit offers an authentic taste of Germany all the way in Colorado! They serve a variety of savory sausages which pair perfectly with a refreshing stein of beer. I also recommend the large pretzel!

  • Good German food, especially in CO. The place is a hole in the wall. Some interesting sausage options. Inside the same building is Pullman Distillery. I give that 5 stars for their alcoholic offerings, atmosphere, and service. Brogan was an excellent bartender! The whole place is an 1880s Pullman train car converted to their bar. Only open Thursday - Sunday, 3-8 pm, you have to make it a point to go there.

  • Beers and many different brats and sausages, and lots of both. There is usually a line, and they cook everything on a tiny grill, but worth the wait. Can't beat it!

  • Great spot to stop and get a drink and a bite to eat! Food is amazing and they always have something good on tap. Grab a seat at any of their large tables and make some friends.

  • Amazing spot in the heart of Frisco! We stopped here during our trip and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The place feels cozy, lively, and very welcoming. The food was delicious — especially the sausages and pretzels — super fresh and full of flavor. Great selection of beers as well! Perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Frisco!

  • Id definitely recommend the Oktoberfest beer brat. Place gets crazy busy since its so small inside so plan to wait. Beers are fantastic!

  • I don't know who was saying Mmm more, while we sampled four different kinds of sausages and multiple mustard and sauce dipping options. Everything is Fantastic, the garlic mustard with the chorizo (or the smoked beef... Or the honey... Well you get my drift) was a perfect combo. Sweet and spicy, perfectly cooked. Chef Monica is an incredible cook and a gem in Frisco- don't miss her menu while in town!
